What is worth writing about

A figure that does not match the store page it is dated against; a store page that has moved or disappeared; a question about how a reading was taken; a statement on a page that goes beyond what the store shows.

What happens to a correction

The desk compares the saved reading with the live page. If the saved figure was wrong, the page is corrected and the correction is dated. If the store page has changed since the reading, the desk says so and keeps the dated reading.

What the desk cannot answer

It cannot give investment advice, cannot help with an account or a login and cannot say whether an app is suitable for you. It has not opened an account with the broker and cannot see anyone's trades.
